Starting at Cathedral for a very Melbourne caffeine reset, they move to Warkop for a Filet-O-Fish-adjacent bite with subtle sauce work, then Serai for fire-driven Filipino food, Tasmanian sea urchin and a pineapple-coconut-caviar moment that “explodes your taste buds.”
