For one day only, Chef Ross will be joining Shōbōsho for a menu that brings their world to ours: think woodfired oysters with wagyu fat and pinakurat, smoked nashi pear with burnt coconut and caviar, tuna kinilaw with white soy and miso, bulalo beef dumplings with smoked bone marrow, and palabok udon with Spencer Gulf king prawns and chicharon.
