Bottomless Lunch at Fabbrica Darlinghurst Saturdays & Sundays from 24 October 2026 🎟 $89 per person | Add spritz and margaritas for $25pp Fabbrica Darlo is bringing bottomless weekends to the table with a set lunch menu by Executive Chef Damiano Balducci. Enjoy sourdough with cultured butter, stracciatella with beetroot and tarragon, casarecce with pork sausage ragù and kale, green leaf salad, and the iconic hazelnut tiramisu. Bottomless drinks include beer, prosecco, white, rosé and red wine, with an optional spritz and margarita upgrade. You can order extra dishes separately. North Bondi Thursdays Every Thursday, 29 October – 19 November 2026 | 3pm–9pm $10 pizza slices | Selected drinks from $10 Thursdays are the new start to the weekend, with four weeks of crispy pizza by the slice, DJs and sunset drinks by the beach. Choose from margherita, sausage or garlic prawn pizza, plus weekly drinks takeovers featuring Bondi Brewery, Leuca, Better Beer and Patrón.
