Ben Williamson is a chef, co-founder and Culinary Director of Brisbane hospitality group Anyday, the team behind Agnes, Same Same, Biànca, hôntô and more. After formative years cooking in Bahrain and a long stint leading Gerard’s Bistro, he went on to open Agnes, where cooking over wood fire became his signature. His food draws heavily on Middle Eastern flavours, great produce and big, punchy cooking, and he’s become one of the key figures in Brisbane’s modern dining scene.
